We were delighted this week to finally receive our National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) award for “Bridging Broker of the Year”.
This follows the announcement last December where during a virtual awards ceremony to celebrate their inaugural Commercial Broker Awards, we were crowned the worthy winners! Thank you NACFB – we will be proudly displaying this in our office board room.
KCS Managing Director, Ed Ogden, commenting on receiving the award trophy said; “Owing to the ongoing global pandemic, the past 12 months has been particularly challenging for the lending industry. Winning this award was definitely a high point! We are a small but dedicated team who work tirelessly for the good of our clients to get deals across the line. We were up against marketing leading firms for this award, so to have industry peers recognise our success in the bridging sector certainly made it all the more rewarding.”
Ed continued; “Looking to the present day, and we have seen a strong start to 2021 with a number of significant drawdowns totalling over £40m already completed for our clients in the first financial quarter. As lockdown restrictions continue to ease in the UK, we remain optimistic for the year ahead.”
KCS also has further cause for celebration with the news that Ed Ogden has been selected to sit on the first member advisory panel for the NACFB. Fellow Director, Suzanna Ogden said; “Congratulations Ed, the team and I are all extremely proud of you on this great achievement and we wish you the best of luck on the panel.”
