New US mortgage funding now available

Knox Capital Solutions (“KCS”) is delighted to announce that it has partnered with a long established U.S. mortgage broker to now offer access to investment and second home finance across the whole of the USA.

This partnership will enable KCS clients to secure funding for US investment property and second home purchases. No existing US credit is required and we can offer up to 75% LTV for a purchase and up to 70% LTV for an equity release.

To keep transactions simple and accessible, there is no requirement to open a US bank account or for your income to be from the US. Another accessibility driven benefit is that you can open and close transactions without ever leaving the UK.

Interest only loans are available. The minimum loan size is £250k and there is no maximum loan size. Loan approval is within 72 working hours, and loan closing time between 30-45 days.
